The Black Sea city was again attacked with ballistic missiles. The air alert was announced at 9:55 p.m., BTA reported. Three minutes later, loud explosions rang out.
According to the information of the chairman of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, the target has been hit. At the moment, 13 victims are reported.
