The most powerful Toyota RAV4 enters the European market, but with a rather high price tag

The new modification is already available in showrooms in a number of European countries, with the price list starting at 46,500 euros for the front-wheel drive version

The Japanese giant Toyota has launched a massive offensive on the Old Continent, launching the most potent version of its bestseller - the Toyota RAV4 2026. This time, the Japanese engineers are offering a plug-in hybrid configuration that not only impresses with its over 300 horsepower, but also promises a range of an enviable 100 kilometers entirely on electricity.

The new modification is already available in showrooms in a number of European countries, with the price list starting at 46,500 euros for the front-wheel drive version. For those who do not compromise on safety and cross-country ability, the all-wheel drive version starts at 48,500 euros. These figures position the model as a serious, but expensive contender in the hybrid crossover segment.

Under the hood of the Toyota RAV4 2026, an advanced system pulsates, combining a 2.5-liter gasoline unit with two electric motors, generating a system power of 304 hp. The dynamics are impressive for a family car - the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h takes only 5.8 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 180 km/h, which is more than enough for highway cruising, but the focus here is on efficiency. Combined fuel consumption is symbolic – just 1.4 liters per 100 km, thanks to the massive 22.7 kWh battery.

The Advance equipment, which is the entry point for this model, does not skimp on extras. Owners will get 18-inch alloy wheels, a fully digital cockpit with two 12-inch screens, keyless entry and a full winter package, including heated seats and steering wheel. Safety is entrusted to the latest generation of driver assistance systems, which are part of the standard package.

For the most demanding customers, the Limited level is provided, the price of which starts at 53,500 euros. Here the crossover becomes a real mobile "fortress" of luxury with 20-inch wheels, a refined leather interior, a panoramic roof and an audiophile system from JBL. To this we add seat ventilation and a head-up display, which turn every journey into a first-class experience.
