The Czech manufacturer officially announced the return of the iconic Jawa 350 CL model to the European market, this time combining the classic silhouette from the golden years of socialism with modern technological "stuffing". The price starts at 5777 euros, which positions the motorcycle as an affordable and stylish alternative for fans of retro aesthetics.
The new generation of the Jawa 350 is produced in India under the Classic Legends brand, which has allowed the brand to maintain a competitive price without compromising on workmanship. Two radically different modifications will be offered on the market. The standard version is a direct successor to the legendary Jawa, shining with an abundance of chrome, authentic analog instruments and soft lines that refer to the 1960s.
For those looking for a slightly more aggressive look, the Jawa 350 CL 42 model has been prepared. Here, chrome has given way to matte black, and the design is inspired by the sporty style. The “42“ modification is distinguished by a modified tank, a specific seat and raised exhaust pipes, which give it a more dynamic and modern look. Although both models look like they came from the past, they are equipped with disc brakes on both wheels and the mandatory ABS system for the European market.
Under the vintage shell runs a modern 334cc four-stroke liquid-cooled engine. In the standard version, it provides 22.6 hp and 28 Nm of torque, while in the “42“ version, the power is slightly increased to 29.2 hp and 30 Nm. Although the top speed of about 125 km/h does not scare track machines, the Jawa 350 is not designed for racing, but for leisurely “cruising“ and enjoying the road. This is a motorcycle that does not just transport you, but tells a story with every turn of the key.
