Currently, demand is shifting towards high-tech products, the production of which requires a large number of complex additives - stabilizers, emulsifiers, natural preservatives and flavoring systems. At the same time, consumers prefer safe products with a minimum amount of preservatives, a long shelf life, consistent quality and rich taste without aggressive enhancers. Experts note that 70% of Russians surveyed are willing to pay extra for higher quality products, and 60% always check the ingredients before buying.
