As of October 9, 2025, the company “Ideal Standard – Visible“ officially changes its name to “Villeroy & Boch Bulgaria“. This change is a key stage in the process of full integration of the Bulgarian structures into a united Group.

The company will continue to develop and manage its two global leading brands - Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard, as well as the established local brand Vidima, which retains its recognition and market power in the faucets and showers segment.
The plants in Sevlievo will retain their strategic role in the Group's production network, serving both local and international markets.
With this change, the Villeroy & Boch Group confirms its long-term commitment to Bulgaria as a strategic production center, strengthening its presence and moving forward as a united, stronger international Group.
