4.7% growth in investments in Chechnya

Investments in the Chechen Republic increased by 4.7% in 2025, reaching 171 billion rubles. This was announced by the Chairman of the Chechen Government Magomed Daudov during the annual direct line with the head of the region Ramzan Kadyrov.

„Total investments in fixed assets amounted to 171 billion rubles, which is an increase of 4.7%. “153 investment projects worth 20 billion rubles have been implemented, with 550 projects under implementation,“ he said.

Key projects completed in 2025 include the multifunctional complex “Akhmat Tower“, the Grozny International Airport, the Grozny and Veduchi special economic zones, and the “Nikhaloyskaya“ hydroelectric power station. These projects have also increased the number of jobs.

“The population has increased by 24,000 people to 1,580,000, the average monthly salary has increased by 9.2%, and the unemployment rate has decreased by 2% to 3.5%. “Almost 15,000 jobs have been created and legalized”, added the chairman of the regional government, Magomed Daudov.

The volume of investments in fixed assets in Chechnya in 2024 amounts to over 150 billion rubles. Last year, 160 investment projects were implemented in the region and 1,600 jobs were created.
