Tools based on artificial intelligence can free up companies up to 12.2 working hours per week, according to calculations by the MTS Link platform and the analytical company J`son & Partners Consulting.

Analysts studied the speed of execution of scenarios such as preparing and sending meeting agreements, recording the results of a meeting, immersing themselves in the context of a missed meeting, reading unread chats, as well as searching for information in messengers and searching for information about past meetings.

„Employees and managers with high meeting intensity (three or more online meetings per day) spend 14-16.4 working hours per week on the listed tasks. With AI-based tools, they spend only 4-4.2 working hours per week.“ As a result, 10-12.2 hours per week are freed up“, the calculations show.

Office workers and managers with one or two meetings per day are freed up by 6 hours per week - with time spent on these tasks from 8.5 hours per week and time reduced thanks to AI to 2.5 hours.

In the case of employees with high meeting intensity, the economic effect of AI is estimated to be 280-350 EUR per month for each employee and 560-1700 EUR per month for each manager. The impact of using AI on employees with a moderate number of meetings of one or two per day is EUR 170 per month per employee and EUR 330-830 per month per manager.

According to the study, AI also reduces the time spent managing the flow of messages in the messenger. Thus, creating short summaries with the help of AI speeds up the review of accumulated messages to 7.5 minutes per day compared to the usual 25.
