Vodka production in Russia in January-May 2025 decreased by 13.2% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 25 million decaliters, while champagne production increased by 17.8%, to 6.01 million decaliters, according to data from Rosalkogoltobakkontrol.
Grape wine production also increased - by 10.4%, to 14.7 million decaliters. The production of all other categories of alcoholic beverages decreased, and overall the production of alcoholic beverages in Russia in January-May 2025 decreased by 20.4% and amounted to 59.96 million decaliters.
The production of cognac decreased by 19.5%, to 2.7 million dal. The production of alcoholic beverages decreased by 3%, to 6.6 million dal, of other alcoholic beverages - by 13.3%, to 3.12 million dal.
