Moscow's Tagansky Court orders company to pay 40,000 euros

The Moscow Tagansky Court found Google guilty of violating restrictions on access to information and fined the company 3.8 million rubles (just over 40,000 euros), the court announced.

“By a decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Google LLC was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for restricting access to information, access to which is subject to restriction in accordance with Russian law), the court fined the company 3.8 million rubles“, the court announced.
