“Students are the builders, the creators of future Bulgaria! Today you enter the auditoriums with dreams, but tomorrow you will leave them as engineers, experts, professionals and leaders“. With these words, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov addressed the students at the opening of the academic year at the Higher School of Telecommunications and Posts.
You will build tomorrow's Bulgaria, which once started from the first telegraph pulses and the first post office and today has reached leading positions in digitalization and information technologies. And thanks to you, I am sure it will take the lead in the development and implementation of artificial intelligence, said Grozdan Karadjov.
“Dear lecturers, You are the guardians of the spirit of this institution. You build characters, inspire values, pass on examples. For this we owe you respect and gratitude!”, he emphasized.
The Deputy Prime Minister wished the graduates courage, perseverance and inspiration and added that tradition has meaning only when it gives birth to a future.
During the ceremony, Grozdan Karadjov awarded the three full honors graduates of the class of 2025.
The Rector of the Higher School of Telecommunications and Post, Prof. Miglena Temelkova, presented the Deputy Prime Minister with the honorary badge of the educational institution.
