Residents of Pleven are holding another protest march against the water shortage.
The march started shortly after 4 p.m. from "Kaylaka" park. Dozens of cars with Bulgarian flags flying were driving through the central streets of Pleven.
The protesters demanded once again that the problem of water shortage in Pleven be solved.
They then gathered in front of the bus station to split up and head in four directions to block main roads.
The protesters stopped traffic in both directions on the main road Sofia - Pleven at Dolni Dabnik, on the main road Ruse - Sofia at Grivitsa, the road Pleven - Lovech at Brestovets for one hour. The road Sofia - Varna at Ablanitsa is blocked, as is the road Lovech - Troyan.
The protest is guarded by police.
