Today we celebrate Car-free Day within the framework of the European Mobility Week. Between 08.00 and 20.00 the central part of Sofia will be closed to vehicle traffic, the Center for Urban Mobility announced.
On Bulgaria's Independence Day - September 22, hourly paid parking zones in Sofia will not operate, the company added.
