Bulgaria is the only point through which Russian gas is transited and the fees that must be collected are 3 billion euros, they must be taken from "Gazprom". We are already in Schengen, no one can threaten us with anything. These funds can be taken from "Gazprom", and not from Bulgarian citizens. This is a European and global, and good policy.
