A decision to release with recovery and provision of released state reserves of bottled water for drinking purposes at the request of the Mayor of Svishtov Municipality and the Regional Governor of Pleven to overcome the consequences of the declared state of emergency will be discussed at its meeting by the Council of Ministers. This was announced by the government press service.
The agenda provides for the cabinet to consider updating the National Plan for the Introduction of the Euro, adopting a National Plan for 2025 for Border Management and for the Return of Illegally Staying Third-Country Citizens, as well as a report on the implementation of the 2024 plan.
It is also planned to adopt a Program for the Activities of the Center for Educational Integration of Children and Students from Ethnic Minorities for the period 2025-2027.
The ministers will discuss the opening of an Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Economics and an Institute for Enhancing Research Capacity in the Field of the Nuclear Industry and Nuclear Security within the structure of the University of National and World Economy - Sofia (UNWE).
The agenda also includes a proposal to President Rumen Radev that Georgi Todorov be awarded the Order of “St. St. Cyril and Methodius“ first degree.
