A piece of concrete from a bridge on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. in Sofia fell on a car driving along Brussels Blvd. The incident was reported by a relative of the victims on Facebook, quoted by Bulgaria ON AIRr.
"My friends were traveling along Brussels Blvd. to the SOP and under the Tsarigradsko bridge a piece of concrete from the structure fell on their car. "You can see the damage to the car," reads Viktor Georgiev's post in the group "Disasters in Sofia."
"There was also a 2-year-old child in the car who was very scared," he adds.
"Let's close it now," reads a comment on the social network.
"They repaired it" a few years ago. It's currently actively crumbling and almost all of the screeds are up," another man wrote.
