The father of Siyana, who died in a ridiculous accident, Nikolay Popov wrote a long post on social networks. The reason for his dissatisfaction is the development of the case with another case of a run-over and killed child - Philip.
According to Popov, Petar Todorov, although he is under house arrest, walks freely on the streets and even allows himself to write to Philip's parents.
