A homemade cartridge (editor's note: also known as a "firecracker") exploded last night in front of the building of the District Administration in Dupnitsa, NOVA learned, quoted by dariknews.bg.
The incident raised the city's police to their feet. The homemade cartridge was thrown to the entrance of the police department building.
No people were injured or material damage was caused.
The press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that thanks to the rapid coordination of several directorates under the leadership of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Miroslav Rashkov, the perpetrator was detained.
