Emanuel Yordanov: The Directorate of the Ministry of Interior-Pazardzhik overslept the elections. Borisov has reason to be angry with Mitov

The question is why we have a civil arrest that was shown on television, as well as some banknotes, and the next moment – there was nothing. Let's hope that these are some operational measures and there will be further actions by the Ministry of Interior, commented the former Deputy City Prosecutor of Sofia Roman Vassilev.

The Directorate in Pazardzhik overslept the elections. There is a reason for Borisov's angry words against Daniel Mitov. It has long been clear that there is a problem with the leadership of the Ministry of Interior, and Boyko Borisov pretended not to notice it. At one time he showed a yellow card, but quickly forgot about it. When we talk about his personal choice, he should also be aware of his own share. This was stated by the former Minister of Interior Emanuel Yordanov in the program “Face to Face” on bTV, quoted by novini.bg.

There was a prosecutor on duty and all actions should have been coordinated with the election headquarters. The question is why we have a citizen's arrest, which was shown on television, as well as some banknotes, and the next moment - there was nothing. Let's hope that these are some operational measures and there will be further actions by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, commented the former deputy city prosecutor of Sofia Roman Vassilev.

There is a problem with the elections, summarized Yordanov.

For me, the problem is not in the elections, but in the way they were conducted, added Vassilev.

There are two opinions about the legitimacy of Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov. There is a difference between the two chambers of the Supreme Judicial Council, they pointed out.

Regarding the arrest of Varna Mayor Blagomir Kotsev, Roman Vassilev commented on the appearance of several anonymous witnesses a year after the start of these proceedings, where the vocal evidence is not the important elements, but the documents proving this crime. He described this as disturbing.

The Bulgarian judicial system cannot be proud of the “Kotsev” case. Starting with his transfer from Varna to Sofia and ending with the accused being detained unnecessarily, in contradiction with the Constitution, stated Emanuil Yordanov. In his words, the evidence is ridiculous, and the noisier a case starts, the more it falls in court.
