"Everyone on one side says - “let's have a government, not go to elections, but Borisov himself should say what he wants us to do“. “It's not good for elections, but let's see what Borisov does next“. What else can we do?“ - this is how the GERB leader commented in Gabrovo on the political situation in the country.
On Friday, Boyko Borisov announced that his party does not want elections and hinted at a possible invitation for talks with “DPS-New Beginning” with the consent of the BSP and ITN.
The GERB leader is in Gabrovo for the opening of the new lighting at the “Hristo Botev“ stadium. “The other day we were playing “Loko” (Sf), we were playing with “Bistritsa”, there was a nice breeze up there, I caught a cold, I'm coughing. Today we opened the new lighting at the “Hristo Botev” stadium in Gabrovo - a modern facility, completed in just three and a half months”, Borisov said in a video broadcast on his Facebook profile.
Borisov recalled that the Municipality of Gabrovo had applied for the construction of lighting at the stadium during his administration, and the investment is worth 1,484,339 million leva. According to him, today the results are visible – four 40-meter poles, 120 LED lighting fixtures and lighting that meets all international standards.
“When GERB governs, construction is done – stadiums, sports halls, infrastructure. While others talk, we show results. It has always been important for us to build modern sports facilities so that young people have a place to play sports and develop. And to our opponents I will say only one thing – they will not have enough time even to maintain what we have built,” Borisov also said.
