"Borisov's activation was intended to show that he is the key figure in this government, which is so by virtue of democratic rules and principles". This was commented on by social anthropologist and analyst Haralan Alexandrov to the Bulgarian National Radio:
"The largest party bears the greatest responsibility. Now, as we see, the other parties have enthusiastically declared their readiness to support the government and things have normalized very quickly. If there was any concern that there would be a serious upheaval or that Borisov would start turning the boat over or rocking it hard, it is unfounded, since his priorities are very clear. He has always said so. I think he said it then in his own way - stability, peace and state interest, then the party interest and only in third place his personal insults and satisfaction with the way things are happening.
"Peevski is the most demonized and most dehumanized politician in Bulgaria", said the analyst in an interview for the "Nedelya 150" program on "Horizont":
"This, of course, is a problem because it places limitations on the potential expansion of influence and winning over the periphery, but let's not forget that this was also the case with Ahmed Dogan. In practice, by taking over the MRF in a rather dramatic way, not without a fight, he somehow took over the liabilities, along with the assets, so that this hatred he had for Dogan, in a natural way transferred to Peevski.
