A 39-year-old man from Strelcha died in a serious traffic accident between two cars on the road between Strelcha and the village of Krastevich, two others were injured in the accident, the police reported.
Earlier, the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency reported that traffic on the third-class Strelcha-Krastevich road was restricted in the area of the town of Strelcha, at the 39th kilometer, due to an accident.
The accident report was filed at around 12:20 p.m. In the collision between a light truck and a passenger car, the driver of the passenger car died on the spot.
His 37-year-old companion from the same town and the 19-year-old driver of the light truck from Plovdiv were injured. The two injured were transported to the hospital in Panagyurishte.
Movement in the area remains restricted and an inspection is being carried out on site.
