Last day to prepare drivers for the upcoming season, before the "Winter" campaign begins. It starts on November 1st throughout the country and is related to the safety of both drivers and pedestrians during the cold months.
The duration of the campaign is until the end of the month and is conditionally divided into three campaigns - the first is regarding vehicle safety, the second is for road tolerance and the third is for technically sound road vehicles. Thus, after November 15th, all vehicles must be equipped with winter tires or those with 4 mm tread thickness.
