On Saturday, November 1, Head of State Rumen Radev will attend the official opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza at the invitation of the President of Egypt Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, dariknews.bg reported.

As an expression of Egypt's cultural diplomacy, the event is expected to bring together heads of state, monarchs and heads of government from all over the world.

The opening, which is the largest cultural event in Egypt in a century, will be hosted by the President of Egypt Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who together with his wife Intisar Amer will welcome the official guests. For the ceremony, which will take place on the evening of November 1, the head of state Rumen Radev will be accompanied by his wife Desislava Radeva.

The idea for the creation of the museum was born in the 1990s, and it was built as the largest museum in the world dedicated to a single civilization. It will house tens of thousands of exhibits, including thousands of artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun, which will be displayed in one place for the first time.
