The case against the 19-year-old driver who caused the serious accident in Razgrad in July, in which three people died, begins in the Ruse District Court.
After the recusals of the Razgrad magistrates, it became clear that the trial will be heard in Ruse. According to the experts, the young man was driving at nearly 90 kilometers per hour - over 40 more than the speed limit in the city.
His tests for alcohol and drugs are negative.
If he is found guilty, he faces between 5 and 15 years in prison.
