The CPC initiated open proceedings against Sofia Municipality on a complaint by Consortium “Chistota Sredets“ against the decision to collect and transport waste, clean and maintain streets and public places on the territory of Sofia Municipality under seven separate positions.
Procedures were initiated on a complaint filed by “Nelsen - Chistota“ Ltd. against the decision of the Sofia Municipality for the collection and transportation of waste, cleaning and maintenance of streets and public places on the territory of the Sofia Municipality under seven separate positions.
The CPC has initiated a third open proceeding against the Sofia Municipality upon a complaint by the Consortium “Pochistvane Triaditsa“ against the decision for the collection and transportation of waste, cleaning and maintenance of streets and public places on the territory of the Sofia Municipality under seven separate positions.
The complaints were filed under the Public Procurement Act (PPA).
