A 45-year-old man was found helpless in Vidin, the police announced.
On the evening of November 13, a truck driver reported that while passing through the village of Drenovets, he found a man lying helpless on the road.
The identity has been established, and the medics have found a head injury. The victim was transported to the Vidin hospital, where he died during the resuscitation efforts.
An autopsy is pending to determine the cause of death and the mechanism of the traumatic injuries. The prosecutor's office has been notified and the case is under investigation.
