State Gazette promulgates the law on the special manager of "Lukoil" with decree number 223 in issue number 97.
On the basis of Art. 101, para. 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria
I DECIDE:
To be promulgated in the "State Gazette" The Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Administrative Regulation of Economic Activities Related to Oil and Petroleum Products, adopted by the 51st National Assembly on November 7, 2025, re-adopted on November 13, 2025.
Issued in Sofia on November 13, 2025, the State Gazette reports.
We recall that the changes were returned by President Rumen Radev and voted on again in the plenary hall the very next day.
