A kilometer-long traffic jam at the entrance to Plovdiv from Asenovgrad, due to an accident involving a motorcyclist, BNT reported.
The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m., BNT viewers reported. According to police, a car and a motorcycle collided at the roundabout before entering the regional town.
The driver of the motorcycle reported the accident himself, but was taken to hospital for examination. Drivers are urged to use other routes if they want to avoid the traffic jam.
