Snezhana Apostolova will serve as mayor of Varna from November 19 to December 5. This was decided by an order of Mayor Blagomir Kotsev, BGNES reported.
A copy of the order has been sent to the regional governor, the chairman of the Municipal Council and the mayors of districts and mayoralties.
On Monday, Kotsev issued another order, declaring his deputy acting mayor for 1 day.
This is another such order issued by Kotsev since July 8, with which he designates his deputy as acting mayor.
