"We are here because no one asked us. In a few months we will wake up with a fee for parking in a muddy puddle. In the "Poduyane" district there is no infrastructure, no parking lots, the streets are not being cleared of snow and leaves, there is no lighting. "We will pay for this in a few months," Eleonora Angelova, one of the organizers of the protest, told the protesters.
