"Currently, there is a very complex structure as governance - left and right parties in the name of the state. Imagine it's like mixing oil with water and getting a homogeneous mixture - it's impossible". This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the 51st National Assembly and Chairman of the Joint Governance Council Kostadin Angelov to bTV, quoted by news.bg.
According to him, the tripartite dialogue has been restored for the budget and will lead to results. According to him, both employers and unions go to GERB headquarters, arguing that Boyko Borisov was a statesman and managed to listen to all requests.
Angelov reiterated that Budget 2026 is the only possible budget that is a cross-section of all parties. He highlighted that what can be dropped from the budget is the "dividend" tax, SUPTO and the income-based increase in wages to be maintained.
"One small movement and the BSP says that they will rethink their participation in the government. "If someone decides to reconsider the decision to participate in power, instead of 8 early elections, there will be 16 early elections," he warned.
And he added that the fourth party supporting the ruling majority - DPS-New Beginning, only proposed policies and complied with the decisions of GERB, BSP and ITN.
Kostadin Angelov got into a fight with the DB for their judicial reform, prepared by the party's former leader Hristo Ivanov. "Now we see the result of it," he pointed out.
