The state intends to start building new training grounds for young drivers.

The money for them will come from the Traffic Safety Fund, BNT specifies.

The young drivers mastered driving techniques in various dangerous situations.

Deputy Prime Minister Grozdan Karadjov reminded young drivers that even the best-maintained roads are not enough if the people behind the wheel do not possess the skills that would protect both their own and other people's lives.

Nikolai Popov, Siyana's father: "The main focus is on how not to get into dangerous situations, not how to overcome them, because there is a huge difference. I have always believed that change must first start with us, and not just ask the institutions and say what they should do".

Grozdan Karadjov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications: "One of the measures that the government has included in its safety program is precisely the creation of test sites that create risky conditions for drivers. Such as slippery roads, aquaplaning, and extremely uneven road surfaces. I hope that we can start the first such test site next year. I hope that the funds can also be provided by the Road Safety Fund".
