APS demands government resignation. This is clear from the party's position published on Facebook. According to APS, the spontaneous wave of civil discontent over the past week has shown categorical resistance to the “Peevski model“, brought to the forefront the demand for the government's resignation and set a clear expectation that political forces urgently provide conditions for fair early elections.

"Over the past week, spontaneous civil discontent has categorically stated its disagreement with the “Peevski model“ as a form of state governance. Hundreds of thousands across the country chanted in one voice: “Resignation!“ This call is the natural epilogue of yet another attempt to deepen the mafia-like nature of Bulgarian political life through the domination of one person over the main pillars of statehood."

"Our position remains unchanged. And to this day, we join the demands for the resignation of the current government. We call on all parliamentary forces to clearly state their positions and take urgent legislative action to ensure the holding of fair early parliamentary elections. This should happen in close cooperation with a broad public and civil council."

"We leave without comment the inadequate actions of the security services. Instead of guaranteeing the calm and peaceful conduct of the protest, they allowed organized and paid provocateurs to cause vandalism in the center of Sofia. This casts a shadow over the work of the institutions, which have the duty to ensure order and protect citizens, and not to allow an artificial escalation of tension. The protest set a serious political diagnosis. Now it is up to the politically responsible individuals and their party leaderships to find a way out of the situation."
