Employees from the Executive Agency “Automobile Administration“ went on a protest in Burgas to express their dissatisfaction with working conditions and the amount of salaries, BNT reported.

The protesters demand a 50% increase in basic salaries, emphasizing that the current salaries do not reflect the real workload and responsibility of their work.

“We want equal work and equal pay. We insist on a 50% increase in salaries“, said Milena Dimova from “Automobile Administration“.

They also insist on equal conditions, since according to them there is inequality in the system.

“Because for a given position, for example, out of 5 inspectors, all five receive a different salary. That's what we want, equalization of salaries with the direct position“, said Dimova.

From her words it became clear whether there is a shortage of personnel.

“I have been working in the State Automobile Administration for 15 years, I feel disadvantaged and I support having equal work. The entire Burgas region cannot be taken over by just these two teams of colleagues in control“, said Ivelina Videva.
