Salaries in the security and defense sector are being decoupled from the average salary. The capital program is being reduced by 450 million euros. The expenses are 40.1% of the country's GDP, the Finance Minister also said.
The main points on which we reached agreement are:
the measure to increase the dividend tax is eliminated,
the requirement for SUPTO is eliminated,
the increase in the social security contribution is eliminated,
the maximum social security income remains at the level of 2,300 euros
