The chairwoman of "Rebellious Bulgaria" Cornelia Ninova told "Denyat ON AIR" that she expected the resignation of the government, but after the New Year.

People's awakening

Ninova attended yesterday's protest against the "Zhelyazkov" cabinet, after which the prime minister resigned today.

"Civil society won - a great people's awakening. I have encountered a lot of apathy, fear and people's reluctance to make their position known. The ruling parties are losing. BSP and "There is such a people" (ITN) will no longer enter parliament. A true and real alternative is being sought", the chairman of "Unruly Bulgaria" told Bulgaria ON AIR.

Ninova said that during the years when she was chairman of the BSP, there were attempts to take control of the party by the MRF.

What to expect after the resignation

When asked if President Rumen Radev would soon enter the political arena, Ninova replied that his application was not clear and that he could only enter after his mandate expires.

"Look for people who know and can manage the state with economy and social policy," she urged.

The chairman of "Unruly Bulgaria" is adamant that her party will participate in the next elections. According to her, they have structures in 23 districts of the country.

Ninova believes that there is a way to make the elections fair.

According to her, the solution lies in the members of the section committees, the advocates and the video surveillance, which can be used as evidence in case of violations - for this, an amendment to the law is needed.
