Night transport in Sofia becomes more accessible from January 1, 2026, the Center for Urban Mobility reports. Passengers with long-term public transport subscriptions will now be able to add an additional card to them for all night lines - N1, N2, N3 and N4.
The price of the additional night card is 3 € per month or 30 € for a year.
An important condition is that the period of the night card must completely coincide with the period of the main card for day transport, the company adds.
For example, if we load a card that will be valid from January 11 to February 10, the additional night card must also be for the same period - January 11 - February 10.
If an annual card (youth, student or pupil) is purchased, night lines can be added for 30 €.
The Center for Urban Mobility specifies that if we have an annual card whose validity has begun, an additional night subscription cannot be added to it.
