A serious road accident involving minors ended fatally in the early hours of December 27. The accident occurred on road III-484, in the direction of the village of Kirilovo.
According to information from the police, the accident was reported at around 01.15. A car driven by a 17-year-old boy crashed, probably due to loss of control over the vehicle.
As a result of the strong impact, the minor driver died on the spot. Another boy, 16 years old, was also traveling in the car. The injured passenger was urgently transported and admitted for treatment to a hospital in the city of Sliven. There is currently no additional information about his condition.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case, and the causes of the tragic incident are being clarified.
