Sevda Shishmanova on our participation in Trump's Peace Council: A blatant violation of the Constitution

To rank Bulgaria next to dictatorships like Belarus and in a series of authoritarian regimes, while the EU refuses to enter the same explosive project for the world, means to single-handedly suspend our most recent history of a democratic country, defended by all Bulgarian governments and institutions for 30 years, with a mandate from the Bulgarian people, the journalist also commented

I have never witnessed as a journalist such a blatant violation of the Constitution and the "private" involvement of Bulgaria in an international format created to disgrace the world legal political order, such as Trump's Peace Council. The act committed by a resigned Prime Minister, without the sanction of the National Assembly, is a crime against the state and the perpetrator should be held criminally liable.
This is a coup of Bulgaria's consistent policy of being part of the EU and its decisions, which dates back to 1997 and has been institutionalized since 2007.

This was published on social networks by journalist Sevda Shishmanova on the occasion of Donald Trump's Peace Council and the signing of the Council's Charter by the resigned Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov. Here are more of her words:
