Karakachanov: Germany's plan for a "two-speed Europe" has started the collapse of the EU

Zhelyazkov should not rush to Brussels to support it, the leader of the VMRO urged

Germany's plan to divide the EU into two, by forming a leading group of six countries (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain), does not correspond to the Bulgarian national interest. The idea that decisions in the EU should be made by the most developed ones, due to the cumbersome system with 27 countries, in practice places Bulgaria and other countries in an even more subordinate position than before. This was stated by the leader of the VMRO Krasimir Karakachanov and added:

The government must reject any such proposals for separatism if it wants to have a European Union. Zhelyazkov, just as he ran to Paris to sign another 90 billion euros for Ukraine, then to Davos - to sign a “Peace Council“ to Trump for $1 billion, now let him not rush to run to Brussels to obediently support this too. We did not join the EU to be isolated and in the background.

Europe does not need two speeds, but a transformation from a union governed by bureaucrats in Brussels, into a union of sovereign and equal states!

After the bombastic promises to the Bulgarians that from January 1, 2026, they will enter the “Club of the Rich“ and with the introduction of the euro, Bulgaria's voice will be heard more, it now becomes clear that the plan is actually to put us in the club of second-hand countries. How will the propagandists of the eurozone explain it to us now?! Moreover, in the E6 group, indicated by Germany, is also Poland - a country that is experiencing an economic boom, while preserving its national currency. That is. and the bubble of the ruling elite that only the eurozone guarantees a thriving economy bursts.

If this plan is adopted, Bulgaria must immediately stop its participation in financing the war in Ukraine, abandon the plan to return migrants to us so that we can support them, abandon the “green deal“ and all other policies that lead to the economy lagging behind and to expenses that are unbearable for us. Every lev must be invested in Bulgaria and the Bulgarians! The proposed plan unties the hands of every “second-tier” country to save itself as it sees fit.

Such a plan completely erases the idea of equality, mutual assistance and unity. And in practice, the collapse of the EU begins.

The problems of the Union will not be solved by internal regrouping, but first of all by replacing the Brussels oligarchy with competent and honest leaders. If this does not happen, any attempts to patch up the escalating crisis will be unsuccessful. The problem lies in the mistaken and EU-damaging policies of Ursula von der Leyen and her team in the EC, not in the member states.
