PP-DB has begun to actively push into the public space the plan for transforming the EU into a federal state – United States of Europe, the old thesis of the ultraliberal globalists. This is yet another damage that they are preparing to inflict on Bulgaria. This idea tramples on the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. But, as we well know, this is not a problem for Bulgarian neoliberals. This was stated by the leader of VMRO Krasimir Karakachanov and added:
First they explained how by entering the eurozone we would wake up in the “Club of the Rich“ and unprecedented investments would flow here, but we saw the idea of a two-speed Europe – of the rich and the poor. Since we see that this is not happening and their lies are being exposed one by one, now they have become attached to the idea of European states. Apparently, such a command was given by Brussels and our neoliberals are in a hurry to fulfill the order. And all this will be presented to us as "democratic", "good for Bulgaria", as "salvation from the crisis", as a "common military shield" and other similar clichés. History repeats itself like a farce - the grandfathers of these same newly hatched politicians wanted us to be the 16th Soviet republic, now the grandchildren want to push us into some modern "Soviet Union", disguised behind Europeanism. However, the truth is simple - the Ursulas have accumulated a huge debt - by the end of the year there will be 800 billion euros in common loans. Part of them is for maintaining the war in Ukraine. And now, in order not to increase the membership fee, they want to create a federation with a common tax policy - i.e. to collect these billions from us - from European citizens. That is why we had to urgently adopt the euro. So that we too could fall into this trap. What have the rulers done so far - they have led the people without complaint to the guillotine. And now they are brazenly demanding their trust again.
The truth is that the EU, if it wants to survive, must remain a community of sovereign states, each with its own culture, traditions, and independence. The main task of European citizens now is to remove Ursula von der Leyen and her team, to hold them accountable for the damage they have caused to the EU, to get rid of the bloated and expensive Brussels bureaucracy, but most of all to keep its servants in Sofia away from power. Then to build a new European Union of strong and sovereign states with real economic and trade cooperation. And not someone from Brussels ordering us what to put in our children's textbooks, instilling in us 32 genders and same-sex marriages and destroying our agriculture and energy.
The position of PP-DB and their leader Vassilev is de facto an admission that these people continue to sell and betray Bulgarian interests. If Bulgaria kneels this time too, it means continuing the depersonalization of the Bulgarian people and their disappearance from the map of Europe. I am sure that Italy, Hungary, Poland and many others will not agree to a federation because they have national dignity and strong leaders. Unlike our rulers.
