Today is a non-school day in the municipality of Pleven. The reason is the expected low temperatures and the complicated winter situation.
The main reason is to ensure the safety of students and school staff, the municipality says.
The head of the Regional Department of Education in Pleven has also been notified of the order of Mayor Valentin Hristov.
