A 37-year-old Sofia resident died after being hit by a train.
The incident occurred on February 7 at around 9:10 p.m. in the area of the “Razpredelitla – Pernik” station.
A train traveling from the capital in the direction of Radomir hit the man who was on the tracks. The police and emergency teams that arrived on the scene determined his death.
The body was transported to Forensic Medicine – Pernik for an autopsy. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated, and the work continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
