There is no official evidence, no confirmed version of the investigation, there is nothing but media interpretations, free writings of known and unknown "experts" and convenient legends for mass consumption.

Yes, there is a "timber mafia" in Bulgaria - an indisputable fact! There is illegal logging! And yes, there is poaching! But organized crime does not work like in a cheap action movie. It works according to a simple formula - maximum profit with minimal risk!!! Shall I write it again?
Minimal risk!!! Only a complete idiot would start running "industrial" illegal activities in the most monitored and protected areas, such as those in "Natura 2000", where the control is the strongest, the penalties are the most severe and the attention is constant!
Real criminal schemes do not "put a hedgehog in their pants" to "raise their adrenaline" and prove how brave they are. They work where the system is weakest, not where it is strictest!!!
It is even more convenient to reduce everything to the tale "they protected nature and killed them". However, reality is rarely so elementary. When in this case there are mentions of connections with paramilitary structures, groups with their own organization and other complex dependencies, to reduce everything to "ecologists against poachers" is either naive or deliberately misleading.
Something very important - it is high time to let the investigative bodies do their job in peace! A state is not built with flashy statuses, conspiracies and collective hysteria. A state is built with institutions, with procedures and with evidence! The investigation is not conducted on Facebook, it is not conducted in the comments under news and it is not conducted by self-proclaimed internet judges and prosecutors.
In this line of thought, all of you - failed and mothballed politicians, corrupt sociologists, political scientists, analysts, journalists and "everyone else's bastards", who serve someone's personal interests for fat fees, systematically instill distrust in the judicial authorities, suggest that "everything is clear" even before there is evidence, and you turn every tragedy into an occasion for total denial of statehood - it's high time you stopped!! Just shut up!!!
This is not even a civic position. This is a destruction of public trust! This is a slow erosion of statehood from within!
Criticism of institutions - yes, but the hysterical suggestion that there is no state, that everything is a conspiracy and that the truth is always some secret, hidden by the "system" - this is not critical thinking. This is pure nihilism!
In parallel with the disclosure of the motives for this mass murder, however, society has the right to receive answers to other extremely important questions:
- Who and on what legal basis allowed a private person to carry out activities resembling education or extracurricular training of minors (there is also data about minors) children, given that these children were taken not only from their families, but also from the regular educational process and directed to classes with Ivaylo Kalushev?
- Was there a permit regime, control, license or institutional supervision over such activity?
- Were there any inspections by the Ministry of Education, the Child Protection Agency, social services or other competent institutions regarding the nature of these classes, the methods of work and the conditions under which they were conducted?
- Which persons, besides Ivaylo Kalushev had a connection and were directly involved and involved in this activity?
- How and under what procedure does the Minister of Environment and Water sign an agreement or partnership with a non-governmental organization registered just a few days before? Has a preliminary check been carried out for capacity, expertise, real activity, sources of funding and potential risks?
- Has an assessment of the reliability, experience and institutional legitimacy of such an organization been carried out before it receives access to activities related to state policy or protected areas?
- Who financed this extremely expensive undertaking - equipment, logistics, activities, training, bases, technology? What is the origin of the funds - donations, projects, private sponsors, foreign funding?
- Is there any evidence of dependencies, affiliations or informal connections with individuals from the political elite, business circles or other structures of influence?
- Was there an institutional umbrella, inaction or deliberate neglect of signals, if any were submitted?...
These are not conspiracies. These are normal issues in a country governed by the rule of law!
Until there are proven motives from the investigation, any categorical statement and explanations are propaganda, not fact! And, spreading convenient myths does not help the truth, does not help society, and most of all does not help to get to the real culprits!...
