The President bears full responsibility for the selection of an acting prime minister and for the work of the acting government, said Iskra Mihaylova from "DPS-New Beginning" regarding Andrey Gyurov, nominated by the head of state Iliana Yotova.
"We expressed our position during the consultations with Mrs. Yotova and it has not changed", Mihaylova pointed out.
According to her, the acting prime minister should be as far away from political forces as possible and, if possible, have the skills and knowledge of the state and institutions and guarantee fair elections.
