In connection with the repeated publications on social networks by member of parliament Yordan Todorov, concerning the activities of the Kozloduy NPP and its current management in the person of Ivan Andreev, our editorial office received information that they are tendentious and manipulatively aimed at discrediting the activities of the nuclear power plant and its management.
The information that was received is that the publications and signals that MP Todorov is releasing were written by former heads of the NPP, namely by Alexander Nikolov and the circle around him, which also includes the Russian citizen Vladimir Evgenievich Khudnitsky, who resides on the site of the plant with an office in the Atom Energo Remont building.
In this regard, the question arises: is Alexander Nikolov, who was sanctioned under the Magnitsky Act, an advisor to Todorov on energy issues and does he hold meetings with him? The impression remains that Todorov is only a conduit for Alexander Nikolov's information with which the latter is trying to compromise and sabotage the plant's activities.
Why didn't Todorov ask himself whether this problem, which he cites in his signals and posts, is not a legacy from the time of the management team of Alexander Nikolov - Nasko Mihov and that they are using him as a disinformant through which to cover up their technological errors and omissions during their management of the plant.
At the same time, the question arises whether Todorov is dependent on former NPP managers in the person of Ivan Genov and Alexander Nikolov, did he work in energy companies related to them before entering parliament? Does he know Ivan Genov's wife, who is originally from Dobrich?
