Ivan Hinovski on electricity bills: The problem is systemic, there may be a bug

The question is which of the ERPs will come out and explain, because the EWRC are not cyber police

High electricity bills have become a nuisance like the "Petrohan" case.

This was stated in the "Denyat na Zievo" program on NOVA NEWS by energy expert Ivan Hinovski, who commented on the topic of high electricity bills and the new water price.

"For me, this problem is systemic and is not a malicious act. There may really be some bug or even a cyber attack. The question is which of the ERPs will come out and explain, because the EWRC are not cyber police. For me, the ERPs themselves have a problem with consistent analysis and cannot explain these electricity bills. I don't have a higher bill, my friends don't, they don't have it in my block," he gave an example.

"The previous government made a clever move by increasing the price of water and transferring it to the official one. This may not be ethical, but the huge problem is with the constant water leaks and the reluctance to make investments in the water transmission network. Regarding the "Kozloduy" NPP, I am worried that the problems of the sixth block may also affect the fifth," concluded Hinovski.
