In view of the extreme tension and division in society, after five years lost in wandering between different political currents, after the unsuccessful “change“, which brought back to the forefront of the public scene individuals who sell their country in order to save their own interest, today we are faced with a fateful choice for the Motherland.
A choice whether to continue to govern the status quo, which was chased from the squares with stones several times, but which continues to be reproduced in the judicial, legislative and executive branches. A status quo of people who, looking out for their own interests, sold the sovereignty and national interests of Bulgaria, as well as the original Bulgarian interest in Macedonia, and left the Macedonian Bulgarians at the mercy of the enraged Serboman politicians.
Or a choice to dismantle the vicious model. This is what we believe the new political project of President Rumen Radev offers. During the years of his presidency, he had the right approach on the subject of Macedonia and positioned himself as the main enemy of the current oligarchic model of governance.
We at VMRO – Bulgarian National Movement have always strived to find the right solutions for our Homeland. We have given up our own political ego in the name of the state. Today we are ready to do the same.
In view of the above, the Organizational Council of VMRO – BND took the following decision
DECISION:
Supports the political project of the President for the term of office 2017-2026, Rumen Radev, in the upcoming special parliamentary elections on April 19, 2026.
