New faces join the "Continuing the Change" quota on the PP-DB lists

"Continuing the Change" includes Prof. Milena Ivanova - Shivarova, one of the most prominent immunologists in Bulgaria, on its lists

The 29-year-old Hasan Hasanov (Sani), a Bulgarian of Turkish origin with an active civic position and an active participant in the protests in December 2025, joins the lists of "Continuing the Change"

A lawyer with a professional focus on institutional development and European policies, who has built expertise in mutually complementary areas. He works as a legal consultant to international technology companies. His motivation for joining the lists is: "I want modern people to enter politics, without addictions and with European thinking. I want to show that there is no longer a place for political feudalism in Bulgaria. There is hope!“

“We Continue the Change“ includes in its lists Prof. Milena Ivanova – Shivarova, one of the most prominent immunologists in Bulgaria. Just a few days ago she was elected a member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Immunogenetics. “My motivation to join the lists of PP-DB is because I want to combat the corruption model and the lack of transparency in areas such as healthcare and education. This model is a threat to every citizen. Personally, as a professional, it is extremely difficult for me to work in such an environment and I believe that I can contribute with my professional experience, with the expertise I have, to a more transparent and more socially just policy in healthcare and education.“ – declares Prof. Milena Ivanova – Shivarova.

A new face in the lists of “We continue the Change“ is also Georgi Cherkezov, a journalist who worked years ago in Trud newspaper and participated in the TV series “Sofia - day and night”. He currently works in the IT sector. “I am running for MP because I want to work for change that is based on transparency, responsibility and zero tolerance for corruption - principles that I fully share with the PP. Over the years, I have built a career in the IT sector as a manager of teams, processes and budgets in a dynamic international environment. My work requires me to make strategic decisions, plan long-term and lead people with different expertise towards a common result. This has taught me to act calmly under pressure, to approach problems analytically and to transform complex situations into clear, manageable steps.”
