The Ministry of Environment and Waters is obliged to work with non-governmental organizations. When an activity is assigned, it is not assigned to organization X, but to individuals. The state has not paid anything to this NGO, the former Deputy Minister of Environment and Waters pointed out.
Each ministry has dozens of contracts for the performance of public services. And the Ministry of Internal Affairs concludes memorandums of cooperation. But all this does not solve the main issue - these people are dead. Something happened and the main question is what happened. There is a lack of information.
